I love a thoughtfully painted room. It’s one of the most effective and affordable ways to transform a space. But it can be challenging to commit to a color without feeling confident that it will work  in your home with your lighting and your furnishings. 

Thankfully, I found a $6 hack that makes color selection easier. Once I’ve stared at tiny paint swatches and Pinterest long enough and narrowed my choice down to a few options, I order wall decal paint samples from Samplize. Basically, they are giant stickers painted with real paint colors from major paint companies like Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and even Farrow & Ball. The stickers are removable so you can test them out on different walls without damaging your wall.

Samplize was so helpful when picking a white for our kitchen cabinets (see samples in action, above!) and a sage green for our living room, and I can’t wait to start scheming my next paint project!
